Admin ace Leanne filters through hundreds of emails each week to extract key sales figures for the team.

Using an integrated CRM system, she helps build a clear picture of performance so campaigns can be shaped to maximise ticket sales.

Working with venues across the UK, she also chases final sales figures, comparing year-on-year data to keep results on track.

A vital part of the admin team, Leanne checks print orders and acts as a second pair of eyes – proofreading and updating show websites with care.

Armed with an English degree from Hull University and years of experience in fast-paced customer service roles, she brings sharp communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Backstage: You’ll find her doing laps at the local pool, lost in a good book, or keeping up with her two young sons.
