Lynne Hartas

Head of Operations

Lynne Hartas, Head of Operations Chameleon stalwart Lynne joined the company in 2016, and she’s been at the heart of the operation ever since.

Part of the senior management team and Director of Prestige Chameleon International, she’s the powerhouse behind-the-scenes managing contracting, programming, and liaising with international promoters.

Head of HR and Finance ‘chief whip’ Lynne oversees the admin team and keeps the business side of things running smoothly - drawing on more than 25 years' experience in admin and finance roles across Yorkshire. She also ensures the marketing team stays sharp, well-trained, and ready for action.

With a love of live music and events she performed in brass bands and youth orchestras whilst studying at the Huddersfield School of Music.

Backstage: You’ll find her tending to her garden or absorbed in a creative Zentangle session with her sister.
