Many are very good at promoting shows. Others aren’t! Either way, it is really important that you have someone working on your behalf making sure that you are properly promoted, accurately represented and given the maximum possible exposure for your show.

From pushing your show to sale and making sure print is displayed through to coordinating a creative marketing and PR campaign, we work closely with the in house marketing team (and independently), to ensure maximum ticket sales.

An integrated PR campaign not only helps provide invaluable media exposure for the show itself but also keeps you ahead of any competing shows and raises your overall profile. Effective data capture and social media and website management ensures you continue to build your fan base tour after tour.

Booking a show into a venue is one thing. Knowing which venue is right for your show and which venue is likely to bring the required level of return is another!

We have a very good working relationship with theatre managers and programmers across the country – we know the past and current selling trends and we know what kind of show works where and when.

Basically, we know where you need to perform and have the contacts to book the date for you before seamlessly moving on to sell it!

Want to maximise revenue?

Everyone knows how valuable and important merchandise can be with a touring production. We can advise on the most appropriate and effective marketing products for your show and we can design and produce them at a competitive rate. We can also advise on the best ways to market your product range at shows and online.

In addition to the services above, we also offer many additional services including website design, social media development and management, branding and rebranding, graphic design and print production and management.
